I believe that a challenge is an opportunity. An example of this belief is the work that I did in the Middle East to help establish a system of Inclusive Education in Kuwait. Initially, I went and did a 10 day evaluation of the school, program and foundations. Next I developed a plan with input from stakeholders and moved for a year to begin the implementation of the initiative. This was daunting and difficult, but ultimately one of the most rewarding accomplishments of my business life thus far.
